At Neil’s Canine Training, we take a comprehensive and science-based approach to reactive dog training, focusing on the emotional and behavioural triggers behind your dog’s reactions.
Whether your dog is:
Barking, lunging, or growling at other dogs or people
Reacting to cars, bicycles, or loud noises
Overexcited and pulling on the lead when seeing another dog
Struggling with on-lead frustration or fear-based aggression
We create a customised training plan to help reshape your dog’s response and build a calmer, more confident mindset.
Reactivity is a natural response in all dogs, but when it becomes excessive or unmanageable, it can impact their well-being and quality of life.
Barking, lunging, or snapping at other dogs or people
Overexcitement when seeing another dog, car, or cyclist
Tension or stiffness when encountering a trigger
Ignoring commands due to heightened arousal
Dogs react for both positive and negative reasons. Some are fearful or anxious, while others are overexcited and eager to play.
